3. Event Listings & Ticket Sales

3.1 Event Organizers
  • Organizers are solely responsible for the events they create, including ticket pricing, event descriptions, refunds, and cancellations.
  • EventRising does not guarantee event quality or fulfillment and is not liable for event-related disputes.
3.2 Ticket Purchases & Fees
  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless specified by the event organizer.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Use fraudulent or deceptive practices, including scalping or reselling tickets without permission.
  • Post or distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

  • EventRising is not responsible for event cancellations, venue changes, or disputes between organizers and attendees.
